Cody Sherrod has been a honored resident of Houston, TX since 2010. Before moving to Houston he studied Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a B.A. in 2007. Since moving to Houston he has worked in the financial services industry and the staffing industry where he continues to work today.

In 2017 he founded Lucent Path Personnel, LLC to focus on office, IT and refinery positions and continues to run the day-to-day operations today. To further his knowledge he recently recently graduated The University of Texas at Austin: Houston Coding Bootcamp in July 2018 and is a certified full-stack web developer. He is a proud member of the Texas Exes and supports the UT in both advancing higher education and athletic excellence. He is married to Amy Sherrod and together they live in the Heights area of Houston with their dog Benjy.
